Tyson is an experienced attorney who specializes in worker’s compensation and personal injury law, and represents Klezmer-Maudlin clients in southern Indiana and Kentucky. With admittance to both the Indiana and Kentucky bars, Tyson advocates for clients who live and work in either state.
Tyson is one of those attorneys who enjoys unpacking the details behind the case. He has strong research, analysis and writing skills that are essential to identifying and demonstrating the most important information in complex cases. Often these details are the keys to proving who is ultimately responsible. These skills and strong working relationships with the Worker’s Compensation Board judges serve Tyson’s clients very well.
His undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biology (from IU and IUPUI) are a great compliment to Tyson’s JD from the University of Louisvillle Brandeis School of Law. Together they form a strong foundation of research and advocacy that combine to make Tyson a top-notch attorney for his clients. In over a decade or practicing law, he has been involved in key cases that have served to overturn years of jurisprudence and clarified central issues regarding jurisdiction.
When not practicing law, Tyson enjoys spending time with his three children, cooking (especially things on the grill), and competing in triathlons.
